My Background & Experience as a Trauma & Anxiety Therapist
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating deep trauma, anxiety, burnout, and relationship struggles. Each person I’ve worked with has reinforced my belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that therapy should be a blend of self-exploration, skill-building, and real-life application.
Beyond my work, my personal experiences as a parent, spouse, and military family member have given me a deep understanding of how stress, transitions, and relationships shape our mental health. I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last, and I also know how transformative it can be when you finally decide to prioritize yourself.
